Refund Policy

  • Terms of use and refund policy:One of the payment mode provided under this application is through online
  • payment, wherein the customer places the order and proceeds to pay for the same though the procedure of online payment using the available methods with the aid of payment gateway in this regard.
  • Customers opting for this method of payment shall read and understand that our policy in this regard which governs the method of payment and refund if any. Customers impliedly deemed to agree to the following policy terms as to refund policy once they opt for payment through online method using payment gateway. Customers shall not be entitled once they go for this method of payment to claim ignorance of the terms of refund policy. The term “we” or “us” have been used below so as to mean food safari and the term “you” used to mean the person availing the services offered by us and has paid or is willing to pay for the same. These terms shall govern the rights and liabilities and by agreeing any user shall be deemed to have consented to same.
  1. We offer the service of food delivery specified therein on requisition basis.
  2. Details of charges to be paid for food items and service charges for providing service are contained in this application.
  3. We reserve the right to change the method of payment or temporarily suspend the facility of online payment at our discretion owing to technical difficulties or other circumstances beyond our control.
  4. These terms of policy are additionally applicable to those customers making online payment using payment gateway.
  5. A person intending to order food items and opting for payment through online mode has to as condition precedent make payment for the same only then order is to be confirmed.
  6. Ordered items are to be delivered only after payment as mentioned is the general terms and conditions contained in the other part.
  7. Customers have to follow the instructions as provided therein and proceed to make payment.
  8. If the app does not direct customer to payment gateway due to some technical difficulty it shall not constitute any omission from our part.
  9. This facility is provided with the aid of payment gateway and customer is required to fill in the particulars for that purpose and we do not in any way shall be responsible for the information provided about card details etc.
  10. In case of any wrongful deduction of amount from the account, or deduction of more than what was ought to have been deducted customers can approach the concerned bank and sort out the issue claim reverse we do not offer any remedy or part in this.
  11. If in case we receive any such amount from customers more than the actual amount we wish to refund the same to customers.
  12. However the same shall be done once reconciliation is done from our end with payment gateway and not before.
  13. Such amount shall be reversed only not later than one week after the reconciliation is done.
  14. The option of cancellation is provided to customers if the same is made within 10 minutes of placing order.
  15. If customer cancels the order after beyond the specified time he/she forfeits the right to claim refund.
  16. Incase if the customer cancels the order and puts claim for refund the same shall be made only after deducting expenses as provided in terms and conditions and user shall not claim total refund.
  17. If cancellation is made within the prescribed time limit customer is entitled to claim refund.
  18. We do our best to refund the amount back to customers but the same can only be done once the amount is received into our account and transaction is settled not earlier than that.
  19. Refund claims would be processed and dealt with only after a week of receiving the same into our account and not earlier.
  20. If order is in case cancelled from our end we shall make our best endeavor to refund the total amount after one week of receiving the same in our account.
  21. Any claim for refund of amount made after a period of 15 days of making payment shall not be entertained and customer shall forfeit the right to claim refund if that case.
  22. In case of any dispute as to refund claims customer can contact with us and try to settle the matter amicably.
  23. Once the food items are accepted by customers no claim whatsoever shall be entertained for any refund.
  24. Though refund will be made into the account of the customers they are not entitled to insist on the same method for refund it can be made either by payment gateway or wire transfer or any other mode.
  25. By making refund in the circumstances aforesaid mentioned we are honoring our part and the same shall be in any way be taken as admission of liability from our end and shall not entitle the customers to claim damages from us.
